Grand Hotel la Favorita

The Grand Hotel la Favorita has the most wonderful staff! The ladies at the front desk were so helpful and friendly. They helped us with transportation for tours and to the train station, provided restaurant recommendations, and answered many questions to help us be more comfortable. The food at the hotel was delicious, and the bartender was so friendly. He made yummy cocktails. The rooms are absolutely beautiful. The beds were a little firm and could maybe use an upgrade, but it could also be me. I like a softer bed myself. The grounds of the hotel were beautifully kept (especially for off season) and honestly, this was the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at. It was conveniently located near the plaza and hiking/walking areas, shopping, restaurants, and bars. Five Stars for this amazing hotel! Thank you all for your amazing service and hospitality. I would definitely come back!

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was fabulous! We were surprised with an upgraded room that had a balcony as well as a bottle of champagne when we walked into the room. The AC worked very well and the staff kept everything very clean (almost too clean since housekeeping kept coming into the room even when do not disturb was put on the door while we were out for the day). The breakfast buffet was delicious. The location is excellent since it is close to the main square but far enough away to be quiet. Lastly, the rooftop pool was an awesome way to end a warm day of adventure!

Amazing staff. Amazing rooms and views. My mother owns a travel agency & puts clients up in this hotel. The breakfast was 5 star, for sure. You must visit the restaurant, under the same ownership. Everything on the menu was phenomenal. Rafael, our waiter, was amazing. I would return for his outstanding service alone. Both hotel & restaurant are surrounded by lemon groves. Not a single view or moment disappoints. We rented 3 rooms, and they ensured that the rooms were consecutive & we were able to open the balcony partitions to make it easy for our family to enjoy time together outside. My son dropped something in the lobby at check-in, and the lovely staff held it to ask if it was his the next time we came down from the room. The mini bar was stocked with everything we could need or want. Impeccable turn down service. I have been to very many hotels traveling with our agency all around the world. Fantastic Hotel, would definitely recommend to all friends and family. The rooms are elegant, large and spacious. We had a garden terrace room on the ground floor. Service in this hotel is exceptional. Great pool and terrace on the rooftop with lovely views. Band in the heart of Sorrento, away from the busy touristy areas, although only a short walk away. Perfect.
